'Gurrumul' — Lesson 05: Documentary Structure, Point of View and Ethics in 'Gurrumul'

This individual lesson is part of the Lesson Ready unit on Gurrumul (VCE English and EAL).

Lesson 05 examines how documentary structure, point of view and ethical choices shape Gurrumul’s representation. Students analyse how information is arranged and gradually revealed, compare the knowledge offered by different perspectives, and consider the responsibilities involved in representing real people, private experiences and cultural material.
