For assistance with a purchase, include:

Before contacting Lesson Ready about a missing download, please check the spam, junk or promotions folders associated with the purchasing email address.

Listening tasks and purchase orders

Schools enquiring about protected listening tasks should complete the Listening Tasks – School Purchase Orders form using an official school email address.

Please provide:

• the school’s name and campus;
• the required listening task or complete set;
• the receiving teacher’s name and official school email address;
• the purchase-order status; and
• any quotation or invoicing requirements.

Authorised purchase orders may be sent directly to hello@lessonready.com.au

Resource and licence enquiries

If you are unsure whether you require an Individual Teacher Licence or an English/EAL Faculty Licence — One Campus, please include the number of teachers and campuses that will use the resource.

Please do not include student names, student work, assessment results or other personal student information in an enquiry.
